Melancholic breaks of the painter Ilona Loubková on her way.

Paintings by Ilona Loubková are filled with a harmonious world full of contradictory contrasts, which include not only shadows and lights, but also the psychological drive and animal and plant perceptions. The world that the author often depicts is an expression of the artist filled with a desire for spiritual purity of the painting reflecting everything related to nature, landscape and of course the heart of the person who needs to be viewed in the context of the times, the person somewhat melancholy tuned. Her paintings are composed of the color spectrum full of the clairvoyant awakening, her paintings are composed of the certain balanced perfection of the individual reflecting artifacts, which then complete the feeling of almost definitive artwork of modeling image of the divine peace and human harmony. The paintings, however, are not brought to the final expressive color drive, but act calmly and thoughtfully, they are full of light neutral perceptions. Perhaps for these reasons, the exhibited works of art are the good subject matter  in contemporary interiors of modern apartments with our usual dismal and disarranged age, often aesthetically enrich not only the environment defined as utilitarian, but penetrate and gently humanizes excessive technicality and disharmony contemporary society, which suddenly found itself on the imaginary Epoch crossroads. Her work can be seen is a few dominant thematic motifs, which make up some imaginary bridge of the interest not only in the fine arts, but in the first place about the real life, everyday simple things nature, animals, the center of which appears the inner person. Some paintings, however, show unique artifacts that are fundamentally associated with the crown of the frame and create almost authentic, distinctive and definitive work of art. Some multipart paintings reflect the prolonged search of the artist and they are the result of the gradual maturing Ilona Loubkova  who visually gone through a relatively complicated painterly development, looking for support in her teachers and especially in everyday life, as this is a measure of the real aesthetic as well as the ethical values of the human race. Multipart paintings are again created as a perfect symbiosis of functionality housing interior environment that is familiar to the artist and can be harmonized. Her pictorial motifs are imbued with a unique perception, has often almost merging time, the gradual disappearance of mother nature, charming and always admired vegetable simple elements that compose images like flowers in a mosaic. At the end of absolute rhythmical strings of the gradual extincion of universe, however, the person is the victim. For this reason, today is a good day to take the oportunity to experience these life-giving motives by Ilona Loubková, to journey with her through her work, daydream over her pure images and stare into their allegorical tone. Through this parallel journey of the physical and intangible landcape, one can discover what lies beneath the surface of the physical landscape of the artist’s work, understanding the real value not only of artistic expression, but also to determine the true value of the human being.

PhDr. et Mgr. Oldřich Vaňura

"Dear lovers of contemporary non-traditional art, I would like to invite you to the Gallery PRE-agency Gejzír to view the captivating lyrical art work of the painter Ilona Loubková. When we look around at the sixty-two works of art on display, we can boldly conclude that almost everything that is on display represents the  past, but also the present that the artist created, seeking the harmony of the world, and a deeply felt inner experience of the artwork. It is a personal view of vegetative motifs of flowering and enlarged flowers in the form of an original tiara displayed with almost rhythmically displayed color appearances which affect observers almost psychologically. This can be seen by the atmosphere of the large-format paintings such as the painting of the blue-purple peony, green or white lily or blue-green lily. It provides the viewer not only with a feeling of deep humility  pied by the royal majesty of the iconographically exceptional quotes in the world of Christian liturgy, but also its ideas and aesthetics can dominate the most demanding interiors of private halls and common rooms such as the exhibition spaces of this tasteful architecturally designed and soulfully simple gallery. The discoverable and voluminous harmonious representation of the themes of portraits and plants in their perfection creates color and composition in an attempt to soften and thus kind of humanize a person's desire for nature and thus freedom. New and distinctive topics can be divided into two basic circuits: a portrait of personalities in whose faces appear a real soul depicted with all the plastic details that move the work into a large space in contrast from the photos. In addition to this, the often neglected and unique motifs of royal flowers are displayed in front of usm personified by pure lilies. Lilies often accompany mainly a saint to heavenly space, but is also the basis of the cradle of life on Earth.

As a technique in these artifacts, oil painting dominates the perfection of the artwork. Other artistic reproductive techniques are also used here such as printing protected by anti-glare glass and plastic painting created with fabric and strong gels for modelling spatial effects. The material for the framework of 'shape works' is dominant traditional canvas, which is a real decoration of each painter, but also  fibre, glass, textiles and artificial silk. Perhaps precisely for the multiplicity of technologies and procedures in the artistic expression of Ilona Loubková and thanks to the idea of harmonious action of definitive artistic creations, we must perceive the work positively. This is not only the high art aspect of the paintings, but also the inner psychological charge of the experience, which we all so intensely lack in contemporary art. In the work of Ilona Loubková, we see not only the real personal attitude and sensitive soul of the artist, but also the soul of the educator and especially the woman, for from this work emerges mainly intimate beauty, femininity, tenderness and feeling. In all of this, the current all-embracing aspect of Ilona Loubková in contemporary artwork is respect and gratitude. The new printed catalogue that is interestingly developed and complements the recently opened exhibition, points to an artist who works with housing architects  and interiors of our apartments and thus looks for beauty which is all around because without it, the world would be emotionless and monotonous. It is discoverable by the perception of the world in its color and compositional soldering, in an attempt to soften it and thus humanize it a little," concludes PhDr. et Mgr. Oldřich Vaňura.
